Why service businesses
We start where we understand the work.
Home services, skilled trades, and automotive service are where our relationships and domain knowledge are strongest. We know the software these businesses run on, the records they keep, and what it takes to confirm the records are theirs to license. They are where we started, not a limit: any business whose records show how work gets diagnosed, done, and resolved can take the assessment.
Commitments
What we will not do.
- We will not ask for raw files before rights and terms have been reviewed.
- We will not move any data without the owner's written authorization.
- We will not name a company as a client or partner without its written approval.
- We will not put a dollar figure on your data without a documented, reviewable basis.
- We will not describe de-identified data as anonymous or risk-free.
